General Guidelines
In view of the pandemic, the Undergraduate Research conference – 2021 & 13th Young psychologist competition will be on a virtual platform.
Students have to submit an abstract of the research paper on a topic of their interest in psychology, related to the theme, not exceeding 250 words.
All the submissions will go through the selection process by the Scientific Selection Committee (SSC) for Young Psychologist Competition - Oral and Poster presentation.
All the participants have to register for the conference after receiving the confirmation mail about their abstract selection. Selection of abstract is mandatory for the participation.
Participants whose abstracts are selected have to submit the full paper, which will be further reviewed by the SSC.
Authors of the selected full papers by the SSC will participate in the Young Psychologist Competition-
Oral and Poster presentation.
Participants who do not submit the full paper will not be eligible to participate in the Young Psychologist Competition- Oral and Poster presentation.
There are no restrictions on the number of entries from an institution.
Only supervised/guided research papers will be entertained.
Maximum authors (Students - 6 members) along with the guide/supervisor (1 Faculty) are permitted for a paper/poster. The name of the supervisor/guide should be mentioned wherever required.
Ethical clearance form (Template uploaded in the YPC website) should be submitted along with the full paper.
Best three paper presentations in Young Psychologist Competition - Oral presentation (Live presentation followed by an interactive Q & A session by panellists and audience) will receive a cash prize and merit certificate.
One best poster presentation from each theme -based concurrent session (Pre-recorded followed by an interactive Q & A session by panellists and audience) will receive a merit certificate.
