Abstract Guidelines

Instructions for the Abstract Submission

        • Please read the submission guidelines before submitting an abstract.

        • All the abstracts must be submitted via the link provided in the website. E-mailed abstracts will not be considered.

        • The presenting author must be listed as the first author and to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract before submission.

        • Please note the submitting author will receive all correspondence about the abstract so we advise that the submitting author details that are entered are the same details as those of the presenting author.​

        • Abstracts need to be original and previously presented will not be accepted.

        • Submitted abstracts should include non-published data.

        • Abstract title - limited to 20 words in Sentence Case.

        • Abstract text – limited to 250 - 350 words in a single paragraph.

        • Abstract layout - Abstracts must clearly state the following sections and should follow APA 7th guidelines:

              • Purpose (stating the main purposes and research question)

              • Methods

              • Results (if study haven’t completed, expected results)

              • Conclusion (if study haven’t completed, expected conclusion)

        • Abstracts may not be edited/updated after final submission. You are welcome to bring an updated abstract while submitting your full paper.
