Registration 

General guidelines for registration for YPC 

1. The participants whose abstracts have been selected need to compulsorily register for the conference before the full paper submission (Early bird Registration: 12th - 20th February 2024). Registration closes by 20th March 2024.

2. All the participants in a team should register for the conference to receive certificates.

3. Registration is not required for the supervisor/ faculty member who has supervised your research . Certificates will be given only to the students as this is exclusively an Undergraduate student conference .

4. There is no option of just registering and participating in the event without presentations of paper/poster

5. The payment can be made individually or team wise . If the payment is made team wise , kindly ensure that the names of all students are entered in the registration link.

6. A registration fee for each participant  can be paid online to (detailed instructions can be found once registrations are open).

7. The screen shot of the online payment with the transaction id needs to be uploaded in the registration form.

8. There is no provision for spot registration. 

9. The registration fee will not be refunded under any circumstances . You will be receiving a confirmation / acknowledgement receipt for the payment.

10. The registration link will be available on the website. After making the payment you will be able to complete the registration process.
