General guidelines for registration for YPC 

1. The participants whose papers have been selected need to compulsorily register for the conference. Registration closes by 28th January 2026.

2. All the participants in a team should register for the conference under presenters- oral/poster  individually to receive certificates. The link for registration is active.

3. Registration is not required for the supervisor/ faculty member who has supervised your research . Certificates will be given only to the students as this is exclusively an Undergraduate student conference. However, if the guide wishes to receive a certificate for the same, they will need to register under presenters- oral/poster as well. 

4. For those interested to participate and not present, there is a link for participation only. Kindly do the payment and register under participation only.

5. A registration fee for each participant can be paid online to (detailed instructions are at the end of this page#).

6. The screen shot of the online payment with the transaction id needs to be uploaded in the registration form.

7. There is no provision for spot registration. 

8. The registration fee will not be refunded under any circumstances. 

9. The registration link is available on the website. After making the payment you will be able to complete the registration process.
