General Guidelines for Registration

1. Registration Period: Registration opens on 1st of January 2027 and closes on 20th of January 2027.

2. Mandatory Registration for Presenters: All participants whose papers have been selected for presentation (any category) must register for the conference.

3. Individual Registration: Every selected presenter, including the main author and all co-authors who will participate, must register individually.

4. Registration Category: All student authors and co-authors must register under the appropriate Presenters (YPC/Oral/Poster) category to be eligible to receive certificates.

5. Faculty Supervisors: Registration is not mandatory for faculty members who have supervised the research. Certificates will ordinarily be issued only to student participants, as the conference is intended for undergraduate research. Faculty supervisors who wish to receive a certificate must register under the Presenters: Oral/Poster category.

6. Online Payment: The registration fee must be paid online for each participant. Detailed payment instructions are provided below.

7. Payment Proof: Participants must upload a screenshot of the successful payment, including the transaction ID, in the registration form.

8. No Spot Registration: Registration at the venue will not be available.

9. Non-refundable Fee: The registration fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.

10. Registration Process: Participants must complete the registration form after making the payment. The registration link is available on the university website.

Registration Fees and Payment Instructions

The registration fee must be paid under the head "CONFERENCE" through the university’s Online Payment Portal.

Registration categories and fees

• CHRIST University Student Presenter (Oral/Poster): 1000 INR

• External Presenter (Oral/Poster): 1000 INR (excluding Accommodation)

How to make the payment

1. Visit CHRIST (Deemed to be University)

2. Navigate to Menu → E-Services → Certificate/ Registration-Online Payment Portal

3. Navigate to Select Office → Select Other → Select Certificate/Conference/Event/...

4. Scroll down → Select Bangalore Yeshwanthpur Campus → CONFERENCE.

5. Choose the appropriate registration category:

   • YPC-Christite-Dropdown:

Presenters-Oral/Poster- 1000 INR

5. • YPC-Presenters-Oral/Poster-External- 1000 INR

6. Complete the payment using Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet Banking or UPI.

7. Save a screenshot of the successful payment showing the transaction ID.

8. Complete the registration form and upload the payment proof.

Important Note

1. Please select the correct registration category before making the payment. 

2. Every selected presenter, including the main author and all co-authors who will participate, must register individually  to receive a certificate.
